Biography
Stephen Siegel received his law degree in 1975 from New York Law School and devoted his legal career to helping individuals and families plan for the future. For more than four decades, he practiced law in Florida with a primary focus on estate planning and probate, guiding clients through the drafting of wills, trusts, and advanced directives designed to protect what mattered most.
Throughout his career, Stephen built lasting relationships with clients — many of whom he represented for decades and across multiple generations of the same family. His approach was always rooted in the belief that estate planning was about more than legal documents; it was about preparing families for life’s difficult moments with clarity, compassion, and care. That philosophy shaped not only how he practiced law, but the culture of the firm itself.
Stephen led the firm with a family-first mindset, both professionally and personally. His wife, Sherri, played an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the firm for many years, helping ensure that clients felt supported and cared for from the moment they walked through the door. Together, they built a practice grounded in trust, relationships, and long-term commitment to the families they served.
Stephen and Sherri have one son, Jason Siegel (who you have now heard plenty about), with whom Stephen shared his passion for estate planning and client service. That shared commitment ensured the firm’s values and mission would continue into the next generation.
Stephen was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and, though retired, remains an enduring influence on the firm and the families it continues to serve.
